Shweta Dowlot Maulayah

Shweta Dowlot Maulayah is the Managing Director of MAUCARE Services, a growing care company based in Kent and Surrey.

Originally trained as a software engineer, Shweta found her true calling in care and has built MAUCARE on the ethos of “my family helping your family.”

She is passionate about community, leadership, and supporting people to reach their full potential, whether that’s her customers, her team, or fellow business leaders. Shweta is also an award-winning entrepreneur, recognised nationally for her contribution to social care.

Outside of business, she is a proud mum of two and an active member of Gravesham’s local business community, always looking for ways to connect, collaborate, and create impact.
